Key 1 - Weight Training

With so many different exercises, fad diets, workout machines, promises of a huge chest and a six pack by just sitting up, and I can go on forever… Well these promises leave almost everybody confused about what really works and what will melt fat and build muscle.

One answer… Weight Training!

There is nothing else in the fitness industry that will have the impact on your body and life that weight training does. Why is this so? Well when you weight train, you are building brand new muscle. This brand new muscle needs energy to grow and survive and it gets that energy from calories. This new muscle literally eats your fat storages toning you up with new muscle.

So now you are starting to get ripped and people begin to notice. You begin to notice how you look and that is one of the best benefits of weight training… Confidence. Your confidence will go through the roof.

The people in your life will be attracted to you and respect you more. Your acquaintances at your job will begin to treat you better and you will be more productive.

Key 2 - Nutrition

Well this should be no surprise to you. Nutrition is definitely the hardest thing to build a strong discipline with. As humans, we love to eat… we also make some really good food that is really bad for us.

You can’t sugar coat this except for the fact that healthy food is becoming tastier and tastier. You have to eat well… really well.

There is a silver lining in this fact though. When you do this for about 3 weeks, you will notice your entire eating habits and cravings change. You really begin to crave great food and then you experiment on how to make new better foods and dishes.

Nutrition helps compliment and even multiply the effects of weight training. You look better faster and easier!

Key 3 - Playing Around

No this is not what you think when I say playing around. Playing around is something that is very different from what you typically think of when it comes to men’s health and exercises.

Playing around means going outside and doing something you love that is active. For example… I love to go out with my girlfriend and play tennis or go kayaking. Why is playing around so important and revolutionary.

Well everybody else will tell you to just do your workout 3 times a week for 20 minutes. This is ok I guess… if you want to be average. But if you want to be ripped and confident, you have to use your body how it is supposed to be used.

Run, jump, swim, run, fall down, get back up, laugh, etc… This will help your weight training and nutrition give you your dream body even faster!

A lot of men feel that if they just take two aspirin and a Centrum every day, get their prostate checked out annually after the age of 40, don’t smoke, and walk the dog, they’re doing just fine with their health. But that’s not so.

A lot of these same men feel that they have something “wrong with them” if they have to pay too much attention to their health. That’s an attitude that just needs to be thrown in the garbage. All human beings, and not just professional athletes and not just women, need to pay strict attention to the state of their health and do things to maintain it–and the younger they are when they start, the better.

In fact the first tip for men’s health is get over your fear. Fear prevents you from doing the things you really need to be doing, like getting plenty of heart-rate-increasing aerobic exercise, breathing deeply, and eating a balanced diet. You’re not a failure if you’re out of shape–you’re just out of shape, and you need to get back into shape for the sake of your self-esteem as well as your physical and mental health. Weak health makes for a life of lesser quality.

Speaking of eating right…Get rid of a lot of the fast food, the “quickly grabbed bites”, and the refined sugar. Those things are all fine in a real pinch or as a once in a while treat, but you can’t live off them. You have to fuel your body right, and that requires the right foods. Everyone’s metabolism is a little different, so it’s wrong to suggest a universal diet; and contrary to a popular modern delusion, most people are not better off being vegetarians–they are worse off if they try that.

However, with those things said, generally we eat too much red meat; too much fried food; too much starch; and too much refined sugar (white sugar, high fructose corn syrup). This means that at the same time we are eating too little: seafood; poultry; fruits; vegetables; nuts; and whole grains. Red meat is the “complete protein” and is good for you, fried food is very tasty, and the brain lives on sugar, so it’s not as if those things have to be done away with.

But the key here is balance. If you’re like the typical man, you should replace at least two of your current weekly red meat meals with fish or chicken–and neither one should be fried. Cut your french fry consumption in half, and replace them with beans or squash. Pour out the contents of the candy dish into the trash can and start buying or growing fruits and nuts to munch. And, throw out all your white bread and eat whole grain bread such as Roman Meal.

Most men have a desire to be a provider and good father to their children. The pressures of everyday life can cause great strain to men’s health. This article reveals the truth about how important health is to a man.

Weight Gain

I’m sure you’ve noticed that spare tire around the waistline growing larger every year. As men we are pre disposed to have bodies that accumulates fat around the mid section. The older we become the less efficient our metabolism functions. The metabolism in a nutshell is the rate at which we burn calories. It doesn’t help the man if he works long hours and doesn’t want to exercise because of it. Interval training can possibly aid you in reducing weight.

Gaining excess weight can be embarrassing and also could be a prerequisite to some health issues. As men we need to assume responsibility for our health and well being because our families are counting on us to provide for them.

Prostrate Health

The men who I’ve talked to know very little about the prostate gland and its function. They do know, it’s not good news from the doctor if he says you have prostate cancer. The prostate gland supplies the semen with protection and nourishment. The prostate also starts to enlarge around the age of 40 years old in most men. Moreover, as the prostate starts to enlarge it begins to constrict the urethra compromising the urine flow and applies pressure to the bladder causing frequent urination. Around the age of 40 all men should take some form of all natural prostate enhancer.

Sexual Dysfunction

Sexual dysfunction can be a huge issue to a man because he wants to perform sexually without any problems. Through inactivity and a poor diet to name a few important blood vessels that lead to the sex organs become compromised in their duties. Moreover, the sex organ functions can be compromised or shut down completely. There are a few methods that can be implemented to bring back a healthy sex life again.

Men’s health is an important topic that needs to be addressed more; I hope this article sheds some light on a few of those issues.

Men and women are alike, as they are human beings with a similar physical structure. They are very similar in their outlook, and even biologically too.

However, there are certain things that are just totally conflict, such as the main organs that define their sexes. Males have different gonads and so do women, and this plays a vital role in making them the people that they are. Not only this, but it can be said that their organs and the hormones from them make them prone in different ways as well. As an example of this is the way that women are prone to getting cancer of the breasts and cervix. Men of course, do not suffer this way, except in the case of some men getting breast cancer.

PROSTRATE CANCER - A WIDE-SPREAD AILMENT IN MEN

In contrast to women suffering from cancer of the cervix, there are conditions that affect men, such as Prostrate Cancer. This is a condition that affects men because of the fact that they have a prostrate gland. In many men, the prostrate gland is known to swell up.
